We are looking for a driven account executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive knowledge of the design industry and understanding of design trends, the Account Executive will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend White Brick’s services that maximize value. They may also assist in developing strategies and establishing KPIs. They should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong verbal and communication skills.


  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs

  • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects 

  • Following up with prospects

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of White Brick’s services to prospective clients

  • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas

  • Staying current on the company’s offerings and industry trends

  • Maintaining a database of contact information

  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience

  • Handle multiple accounts and serve as liaison between client and creatives


  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends

  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

  • Strong time management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
