THE ROLE
The Accountant handles all cash disbursement across different business units and works closely with the bookkeeper to ensure that the books are updated and government requirements complied with.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes care of general ledger functions and month-end/yearend close process
Handles all tax and government things
Knows how to balance books and makes sure it's updated
Handles invoicing and collection of payment
Takes care of payroll
Handles all cash disbursements
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced in Accounting
Team player
Good with numbers
Familiar with Quickbooks
Extremely organized
