Administrative assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the company. They support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication such as processing paperwork and permits. They are also responsible for confidential and time sensitive material such as employee’s records, payslips, and evaluations.


  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms

  • Prepare and monitor invoices

  • Collect and deposit client payments

  • Filing necessary government documents and paperwork

  • Maintain an organized filing system

  • Develop employees by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities 

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner 

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records


  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
