THE ROLE
Responsible for managing the employee lifecycle (from recruitment to offboarding) and overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, coordinate payroll, and maintain employee records.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and company documents
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Monitor attendance, leave requests, and payroll requirements
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
Support employee relations and internal communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Previous experience in administration or HR is an advantage
