THE ROLE

Responsible for managing the employee lifecycle (from recruitment to offboarding) and overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, coordinate payroll, and maintain employee records.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain employee records and company documents

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and payroll requirements

  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility needs

  • Support employee relations and internal communications

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Previous experience in administration or HR is an advantage
