The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. To oversee complex projects from inception to completion, to forecast and maximize efficiency. The project manager will also help in coming up with different creative ways to help with the creativity of the team and ensure the creatives will not get burnout. May it be coming up and experimenting with different processes or reinforcing processes that work. The project manager will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure proper planning and assignment of tasks.
Providing support for creatives by learning about what processes work for creativity.
Organizing Clickup to be able to make accurate monthly project reports
Ensuring Clickup is up to date with current statuses of all projects
Ensuring the resources and files are well organized for easier navigation of the team.
Forecasting and scheduling projects from start to finish.
Efficiently assigning tasks across the team ensuring that the workload is fair.
Estimating project timeline internally and also externally for the accounts manager to ensure expectations are being managed towards the client.
Helping on coming up with solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Always on top of things especially at the beginning of every week.
Willing to learn how the creative process works.

Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred but not required
