Red Bull is the world’s leading energy drink brand with distribution in 171 countries over the last 30 years. Its international marketing campaign has long been associated with extreme sports that include BMX, motocross, skateboarding, wake boarding, skydiving and other adrenaline-pumping activities.
The wall is decked in the brand’s color palette such as Blue, Red and Yellow. Illustrations taken from action shots of people in BMX, Motocross, Wakeboarding and Skydiving are set against famous landmarks in Cebu, namely Magellan’s Cross, Cebu Provincial Capitol, Marcelo Fernan Bridge (or as locals call it, New Bridge) and the statue of Lapu-Lapu. Other design accents that are also truly Cebuano are featured in the wall including the Lechon, Banderitas or buntings that signify the Sinulog Festival, a sign of Colon Street (the oldest street in the Philippines), several barbecue and street food items as well as the Guitar, which is a famous industry in Mactan Island.
