Johndorf optimized their customer service by launching a new messenger chatbot platform. To help simplify the service, the team was tasked to create a series of explainer videos to highlight important details on how to navigate the chatbot and what to expect from the tool. Through our videos, we also emphasized the documents needed to buy a house and the property features.
