Branding and Visual Identity
0x Café is Cebu’s pioneering crypto-themed café, aiming to blend blockchain culture and artisanal coffee. Set in a Japandi-inspired space — a fusion of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian warmth — the café offers both specialty brews and comfort food in a modern, welcoming environment.
The client wanted the branding to reflect crypto and bitcoin concepts without straying away from a café vibe. We created a logo inspired by a combination of a bitmap and coffee beans, giving it an 8-bit digital feel while avoiding a too techie and futuristic look. The typeface used is a modified sans serif to balance the appearance of the logo. The team also created quirky icons with the same digital treatment for the café ’s signages and menu.
