Gasa sa Paglaom Illustrated Homeowner's Manual

Gasa sa Paglaum or Gift of Hope is a medium-rise tenement building to house the city’s homeless. A project by Greenlink Solutions, this five-story, 2,000-square-meter development will rise on a three-hectare lot in Barangay Lorega. Each unit is 30 sq.m in size and rent will be subsidized to provide "dignified living" among less-privileged families in Cebu City.
The client wanted a compact and handy homeowner's manual for all Gasa sa Paglaom residents which includes a property overview, rules, instructions and tips on how to navigate life in the tenement including how to maintain their unit, how to dispose of garbage and waste, and how to be a respectful, courteous and good neighbor.
The team designed a fun, light-hearted and easy-to-understand homeowner's manual that every member of the family can use with illustrated scenes and instructions using bright and positive colors.
