No Boring Race

No Boring Race is a Gravel Race organized by Carlo Villarica of Villain Cycles. The adventure-style race, which was held last September 2022 in the foothills and inner roads of Liloan and Consolacion, allowed non-racers, weekend warrior cyclists and biking enthusiasts to have a fun cycling experience and for more competitive bikers, test their limits and push hard. The mechanics for No Boring Race was simple, visit all the assigned checkpoints on the map, take a photo as proof and the first one to visit all the checkpoints and make it back to the finish line wins.
For the Visual Identity of No Boring Race, the team was nspired by street culture and made use of bright neon colors and black and gritty lines. The font used for “No Boring” is handwritten to make it look fun. The illustration is a tough-looking white wolf on a bicycle symbolizing the reality on the street which is 'it’s a dog-eat-dog world'.
