Orchard District is the first integrated township development in Cagayan de Oro by Johndorf Ventures Corporation. This nature-inspired community is located within a lush, mango orchard with abundant greenery and rolling terrain.
In creating the visual identity, the team was inspired by the location of the development. Since Orchard District is situated amidst a huge orchard of mango trees, we wanted to incorporate nature to the identity using earth tones and fluid shapes in the design
